About the project
We are launching a series of innovative multidisciplinary programs designed to take an approach to understanding the disease and treating it as a complex process that works with the patient, not just his body, taking into account the unity of the anatomical and physiological, psychological characteristics of the person and his social environment.
You will be able to acquire basic knowledge of pain medicine, innovative methods of diagnosis and treatment of patients with acute and chronic pain of different etiology, psychology of communication, social psychology; learn to apply the acquired knowledge in the work - the project has a high practical orientation and is aimed at developing skills, not just the acquisition of theoretical knowledge.

The program aims to develop the following competencies:
Contemporary understanding of health and illness as complex biopsychosocial phenomena
Understanding the anatomical, physiological, psychological and social nature of pain, the main mechanisms of its occurrence
Knowledge of basic psychotypes and basic psychodiagnosis- Communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in doctor-patient relationships
- Complex express diagnostics of the patient, forecasting of possible strategies of work with the patient in the conditions of limited time
- Ability to select and optimally apply techniques of complex interaction with a difficult patient
- Comprehensive support for a patient with chronic pain
- Support in adapting the patient to the experience of the disease, solving problems, improving the quality of life, developing stress resistance, adherence to the treatment regimen and a healthy lifestyle
- Selection of the optimal coping program for pain management, lability and a comprehensive decision-making approach
